•  Establishing a realistic budget and project timeline 
• Coordinating with the city to address corrections and secure permits
•  Building a strong working relationship before construction begins
   

This early-stage planning helps ensure a smooth, efficient build—with fewer surprises and more confidence every step of the way.

Once permits and plans are approved by the city or county, we move straight into construction.

During this phase, we:

•  Execute all approved construction work 
•  Monitor progress and budget daily 
•  Keep the project on schedule and within budget
•  Communicate consistently to keep you informed and confident
   

Our team is hands-on, detail-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality results—while making the process as smooth as possible for you.

After the build is complete, we don’t just hand over the keys and walk away—we finish strong.

Here’s what to expect:

•  Final walkthrough and detailed clean-up
•  Punch list review and any final touch-ups
•  Delivery of project documentation (warranties, manuals, permits)
•  A final check-in to ensure you're 100% satisfied
